Upcycled Handmade Clutch by Go Cirkulär x Solrig

Born from a shared commitment to circularity and mindful design, Go Cirkulär x Solrig clutch is crafted entirely from upcycled household textiles sourced and designed in Denmark’s west coast.

What once bore small imperfections — a faded stain, a dry texture — has now been dyed a deep, earthy brown and transformed into a new, purposeful item. Instead of being incinerated or discarded, these materials have been given a second life, shaped into elegant, functional clutches designed to hold your favourite Go Cirkulär products.

Each clutch is carefully assembled, sewn, and dyed in Solrig’s home studio in Copenhagen, with the logo printed in the heart of Nørrebro.

These clutches are made for movement — perfect for travel, slipping into your everyday bag, or carrying on their own. A limited-edition gift that embodies reuse, simplicity, and circular creativity.

Solrig is a Copenhagen-based clothing brand founded by Hannah Martha and Helene, united by a shared passion for sustainable fashion and a vision for a greener future. Rooted in circular design, Solrig works exclusively with discarded materials — giving new life to textiles that would otherwise go to waste.

With a strong focus on creativity, responsibility, and timeless design, Solrig challenges the norms of overproduction by offering beautiful, long-lasting alternatives. Each garment is made with care, aiming not to follow fast-moving trends and to fit in the everyday wardrobe of the women we admire.

Central to Solrig’s practice is a deep respect for the female form. Through thoughtful design elements, their pieces adapt to the body that wears them, celebrating diversity and individuality. At just one year old, Solrig continues to grow as a creative force in the space where sustainability meets style.

These limited-edition handcrafted soap holders, created by Anna Maria Sand Jensen, embody a commitment to sustainable craftsmanship inspired by nature. Featuring organic shapes and minimalist yet elegant designs, they are made with innovative materials, including 75% crushed ceramic waste and porcelain.

Each holder is uniquely glazed with waste-derived materials such as hay, eggshells, and metal from recycling stations. By utilizing 65-100% waste-based glazes, these holders significantly reduce or have no reliance on virgin materials like clay, oxides, and mined substances. This results in distinctive, varied aesthetics, showcasing the adaptability and beauty of reusing, reducing, and recycling.

Transforming waste into valuable resources, these soap holders not only enhance homes with their sensuous design but also promote a greener future through conscious creativity. This collection is part of Anna Maria’s Unwasted Research, a project redefining materials that would otherwise be discarded. Waste is not waste if Unwasted.
